The DisOrganizers and I are so incredibly proud of your funniest and strongest words that were on display, we're proud of your bravely of marching, and we're proud of the larges mass of people who showed up to watch the Doo Dah Parade on July 4th, and all for the same reason, to express your freedom of speech through humor! Bringing liberty and lunacy: 2025 Doo Dah Parade returns to ColumbusSophia VenezianoColumbus Dispatch The Doo Dah Parade, a satirical political parade, takes place on July 4.The parade starts at 1 p.m. at Park Street and Buttles Avenue, proceeding around Goodale Park.A free block party with live music will be held at Goodale Park from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.It's a celebration of life, liberty and the pursuit of "literary lunacy." It's the Doo Dah Parade.For the 42nd year, the satirical parade is once again bringing a march of fun and political characters to Goodale Park and Victorian Village on July 4.The event "disorganizers" emphasized via email that the best way to experience Doo Dah is to be in the parade."Get your humor out and create a memorable entry! No registration is necessary; all you have to do is show up," according to a press release.Anyone can participate, whether through "committing to the bit" and marching in the parade or taking it all in by watching along the parade route.
